I do not build meal plans. I do give macro and calorie targets for the individuals who want/need to track their food intake. I use a habit based approach, focused on understanding how to eat in a way that works for you.

I’m a firm believer in living a life that is both fun and physique friendly, and I will teach you how to do just that. I will take the anxiety out of events, holidays, and eating out, and teach you how to navigate each of them with grace; enjoying the food without any guilt or shame.

Every 4-8 weeks, you’ll be given a training program based on our assessment, and the previous months progress. Your macros and calorie targets will change depending on where you are relative to your goals. With tri-weekly support via email, I’ll be able to make the necessary adjustments and keep you progressing.
