THE INCINERATOR SERIES

I wrote this program just over a year ago, and have run dozens of women through it. The resounding consensus; IT WORKS. Women have lost fat, increased lean mass, and seen some awesome strength gains in the gym, and in their everyday lives.

The series in total is 16-weeks. This is the second 4-weeks of the program (phase 2), and is focused on three things;

  1. Increase your cardiovascular capacity.

  2. Progressing from the foundational movement patterns.

  3. Establish the second 4 of my foundational nutrition habits.

These workouts are designed to get your heart rate up, to create a scorching environment for fat loss, while also increasing strength.
